I agree with megancrank, excercise, eat well, sleep lots, and generally take care of yourself. The flooding of emotions does mellow out eventually and you will feel much better. You might want to avoid the pubs for a while. Also, cutting back on caffeine helped me. If you can afford to buy an excercise bike, get one!
