Hi I'm sorry you've lost your best friend. Is it because she's moved, or did she pass away?
Please don't give in to your urge to drink. Try writing down all the reasons why you needed to quit. Write the things she would say to you as well. Here's a few from me..
- 80 days is awesome; many people don't make half that time so that makes you a hero
- No matter what's going on in your life, alcohol will make it much worse
- Give yourself a pat on the back by buying yourself or someone you love a small present
- Go for a walk, admire the lovely spring (or autumn) landscape
- let SR replace your friend for lots of support; SR people have all had their battles, and you can support others as well
- V important! Go to a nice local doctor and tell them how you are struggling. You will get moral and possibly other types of support

Don't drink BD, there are a 1000 reasons to stay sober.
