As far as the anxiety goes I have panic disorder and have had it since I was in high school .... I fully understand and have lived with anxiety and panic for most of my life... Big reason I drank and a big reason I stopped... I can suggest a few books that provide some techniques for dealing with anxious episodes and can PM u titles if u r interested.... Hang in there!!
