Thanks to everyone!
I got a hysterical belly laugh this evening after work. I have been drinking a lot of tea and hot chocolate since sobriety. Never really was a fan of tea until I got sober. I would just fill up a small sauce pan to heat the water.
I got home tonight and there was a gift bag on the table and a card from my husband. He bought me a teapot so I don't have to use a sauce pan anymore. I thanked him and gave him a hig and then thought about it a few moments and started laughing. He asked why and I said "What better gift to get a person on their one year sobriety date than a teapot, I mean after all, would that not signify that they are truly a Teetotaler!"
The cool thing too is that teapot will always represent this day. How completely fitting.
