Start again. This isn't easy. I've been back to day 1 many times- mad, sad, sick and frustrated. I'm done for good and today is day 8 for me. Keep posting when you feel the need to give in, take a walk, but don't take a sip. It isn't worth it. I just finished a book by Jason Vale called Kick the Drink Easily. It made a huge impact on my view of alcohol and how society romanticizes this legal drug, alcohol. I wish you the best with your journey.
