On what day are you? In my many day 1 and 2 i coudn't sleep at all, and in the first 2 weeks i was a walking zombie, with 4 or less hours of sleep.
It all got much better on week 3 though, and after a month i was sleeping like i never did.
Not a medical advice, but for me Melatonin worked like a charm, especially in the beggining when hormones are very imbalanced.
