Day9 is big! Woop, wool.

My suggestion is to get out of the house and get some physical activity of any sort around the time that you might be feeling the cravings.

Or time it like someone suggested to me. Count and breathe. It will pass.

I mostly miss shooting the sheet at local haunts so now I do it whenever I can wherever I am.
