Welcome to everyone else joining the May 2014 class!
Well, Monday night was a tougher one. I ended going to bed at 9:00 as a way of coping. I know that sleeping instead of drinking is not a real long term strategy, but it was the best I could manage at the time.
At 10 days in now. I have so much to work on, but I'm happy to take one step at a time. It's Tuesday morning and I'm not hung over - that is something to build on.
