Sober birthday reflections
I'm just finishing up month 5 and tomorrow is my birthday. 43. I' scared to reflect and count how many sober birthdays I've had. All I know is that the boozy b-days will outnumber the sober ones. Anyway, I just want to say that while I have not been posting a lot these days, I still read every day and i'm not drinking. I'm still living in an alcoholic environment as my wife is still really struggling. But I'm fine. I get sad sometimes, but a sober today and a sober tomorrow is my priority.
Thanks again SR, I couldn't be doing this without All of you. There's strength in community, even online.
