Hi I've been alcohol free for about five weeks now and still have some mild withdrawal symptoms, mainly depression and a bit of anxiety. My question is can I take any pain medication for this toothache without it messing up my recovery? I've tried taking paracetamol but it's not really doing anything for the pain but I have some cocodamol and a few tramadol left in the medicine box. Has anyone taken either of these whilst in recovery? Just don't want to take some and be in a world of hell and anxiety tomorrow
