Not new but saying hello :)
I had a 3 day melt down that ended approximately 48 hours ago. So I'm back to try and make sure it doesn't happen again. I got lazy and complacent with staying sober and I ended up drinking all weekend and making some not so great choices. I didn't really harm anyone only my self but I'm really feeling guilty and silly about my behaviour.
