My AH seems to turn the tables on me every time...I keep telling him I know I'm not perfect and that my faults have nothing to do with his drinking but to no avail. I don't try anymore... he keeps telling me I am negative and only focus on the bad and not the good, also that I'll never be happy, I'll never find what I'm looking for, etc....I'm hoping I am strong enough now, after many years of therapy, to stick with it and tell him enough is enough.
