Day 50
I just realized a few minutes ago that today is Day 50 of sobriety. I'm not sure that the day has any special significance, but it is a nice feeling.
For all of you newcomers, especially if you are struggling - hang in there, it really does get much better. I don't know what lies ahead, but so far it was the first 3 weeks that were by far the hardest.
While I was drinking I couldn't imagine life without alcohol; now I can't imagine life with alcohol knowing what it meant for me.
