JJ, yes indeed. If all we do is beat ourselves up we don't stand a chance. Love starts with self first. Healing our soul and spirit. We need to be comfortable with who we are and accept ourselves for that. Nothing more, nothing less. Once we can achieve that, it is so much easier to love others.
