Good morning Marchers. Not in my usual good mood today. Didn't sleep well last night. Feeling cranky and tired and anti-social. Forced myself to log into SR and post this message because I know that's what's good for me. I know in the past this kind of mood would send me to the bottle to drink my mood away (only to cause the mood to get even worse for days). Today I choose to not drink and be proud of that choice.
