Venting is ok, so is a bit of humor. A good mix of the 2 creates a pretty good balance I find, personally. It brings back a bit of positive into all of this.
Some crack me up so bad sometimes that it's the best medicine for my recovery.
I think we need to remind ourselves, I mean most of us, that we are not dealing with a terminal cancer life sentence. Recovery is hard I know first hand, but we have to try to think positive.
