I had that done a couple of years ago. It was a huge wake-up call. At the time I weighed about 125 pounds (5'4") and the percentage of fat I had on my body almost put me in the obese range. What body mass I had was pretty much all fat. I increased my protein and embarked on a program to increase muscle mass. I slowed down on the alcohol at the time and had some results....until I stepped up the drinking again and pretty much lost all of my gains. You will have fun. I'm excited for you.
