Think how much better you will feel in the morning and all day tomorrow if you don't drink. If you get over this hurdle, the next hurdle will be easier to get over. Thanks Mainza - posting helped me out, and I feel like I've stepped out of a crisis zone and will be okay. I'm going to hang out here on the forum for a little while until I'm certain it's going to turn out okay.
