Basically this is what I did.
1 tsp. sugar instead of 2 in coffee and powdered creamer instead of milk.
A fiber 1 bar instead of donut.
Turkey or chicken on whole wheat instead of white. No cheese. Mustard instead of mayo.
Baked lays or pretzels and carrots instead of fries.
Fish or chicken for dinner with brown rice instead of white or pasta.
Water or tea instead of pop.
If I need sweet I go for peanut butter.
Why would anyone ruin that for a few thousand empty calories.
