A change in diet I dare you!
When I challenged myself to quit drinking a few months ago I also added a new diet. More greens no fries no red meat etc. For me it seemed logical to add eating better to the equation.
If I had to choose which would be easier it would be eating right. What happened was that I dropped 20 pounds so fast that the desire to ruin it by drinking helped deter the drinking.
Also even in the beginning stages when I did attempt a drink I found I couldn't tolerate anywhere near as much as I used to making me feel sick.
Just wanted to share that and thank everyone for being here.
