yeah ive known for a long time that I needed to. Have tried time and time again to quit but I can never seem to hang with it. Been scared to go to the doctor for years because of it. I have to go back in a couple weeks and have blood work done to see what kind of shape im in. Tired of feeling sick 24/7.
