About the sleeping issues they will get better I was sober for 90 days the last time and I remember the first 14 days I was sleeping very little, night sweats ,lite headed. But after day 14 or 15 everyday I felt like I was having a rebirth complexion was better appetite was better sleep was fantastic. Also in the first couple weeks I had horrible dreams. So now I'm starting over day 3 in the books
