I'll check out the supplements you suggested. That's so weird that melatonin is only available with a prescription over there when it's sold just about everywhere here. But then again, I think us Americans are obsessed with taking pills. No judging, just saying.
I've been taking a bunch of vitamins and minerals. I was on a pretty strict regimine before my drinking went full blown over the top. I'm in need of replenishing my supplies so I'll add those things to the list.
