Hi all
Now day 7 i genuinely believe i would have caved in if i didn't find this site
I'm going to log on at least once a day from now ob
I have been crying all day today and also early in the week had jitters the usual feeling like crap
Now i feel alot better, I'm going for a long run with my rugby team tommorow my friend there knows I'm in recovery so i have her support
I'm just going to cook spaghetti Bolognese now
Just wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone on here who has supported me in the forum posts
