Hey everyone,
Made it through the weekend. Friday and Saturday were especially hard but used the tools that I have to get through and attended a few meetings. It's amazing the power of those meetings. Everyone has a story to tell and it's very uplifting.
Sleeping is still getting back to normal and was a bit depressed when I woke up. I think that was my alcoholic mind being depressed over being deprived the bottle. The other "healthy" part of the my mind was rejoicing because I got so much done and entertained myself with some exercise and great food which was nice. One day at a time. Thanks everyone!
