My heart goes out to you. I can feel the pain in your words. 27 years is a lot of years to untangle. I was married for 11 but it took a long time to heal from the emotional neglect that I think is a form of abuse. It happens so subtly that it is hard to recognize and even harder to rebound and fully heal from. You will get there with hard work and time and being honest and gentle with yourself at the same time.
