When I first made my change, I was up until midnight and back up by 5AM. Now, 3+ months later, I am in bed by 10 and struggle to get up by 6. I enjoy the sleep way too much and I enjoy not waking up to regret and thoughts of stuffing my face with 48 ounces of coffee and look forward to enjoying a nice breakfast because I didn't stuff my face at 11PM the previous night while hammered. Stick with it, you'll never want to go back.
