I would say meditation, which I practice twice daily for 30 minutes each session has been the greatest tool and change for me in recovery. I have no experience with your said program.

I would caution about diving into any one program. I like to sample and learn about many and take parts that I agree with and leave the rest behind. In short, I see no one size fits all approach, at least for me.
