jackpot, that was what I was hoping to hear. thank you my friend. knowing I can get rid of this pain by cutting out alcohol is a weapon against the AV - when I crave a drink, I remember the gout.

got it. I'm taking the black cherry concentrate a few times a day now - it's actually the most effective remedy for me in the moment when the pain flares ... works much faster than ibuprofen. I've heard pantothenic acid (B5) is good for removing the crystals, need to ask my doc about that
