i just wanted to thank everyone at SR for helping me learn a new way of life. for last nite was a true test of all that i have been learning and for the 1st time in my life i was able to express myself in a healthy non-manipulative, non-codependent way during a very very pivotal moment with my AH. and i was praying for help. and my message must have gotten through to him-which is a miracle.
all the postings about how my needs do matter, i was finally able to internalize and outwardly express and i will be forever grateful for all of you who have helped me on my road to recovery. i have crossed that bridge and i am beginning to believe he is standing on the other side just about to try and cross it too. thank you thank you thank YOU!!!!
