Well, I vacuumed the heck out of our upstairs and took a brisk walk. Came in from outside to find a long, thoughtful letter of apology from my daughter. So that is better. It got a bit uglier before it got to this, but I am glad she is remorseful for her behavior.
Think I will hve a cup of coffee, because I am still craving a drink. I will not have one. Doing to well these days and want to keep moving forward.
