This is such a great thread.
I'm currently detoxing and so I guess my motivation stems from wanting to quit and staying on that path through the detox symptoms. I haven't smoked for years but I've smoked two menthols today and man, that has helped a lot! I'm also making sure that I don't get hungry. I heard that B vitamins help so I'm taking them but I'm eating a lot as well as I do tend to drink more when I'm a bit malnourished.
