I visited the D-Tox facility this morning and met with a doctor and a counselor. I was given Altivan for anxiety and Trazodone to help sleep, and allowed to detox at home. I committed to sobriety and joined my provider's counseling program. My first group session is tomorrow night. I am looking forward to this new life.
