I have a visual for those struggling. If you could stand back and watch yourself drinking, and seen yourself change into a person you're not, and all the pain and yuck that go along with it. Do you think it would that help teach you to be the person, you're meant to be?

There's only so many excuses we can make, then one day we run out of them.
You can do this. If I did, anyone can, I live with a drinker, that used to be my excuse. Not anymore, this is about me and YOU, and no one else.
Yeah change can be hard, but we all have a choice to make it hard, or easy.
