Good to hear! I hope you have a great day. I have a few small note cards that I keep around - one in my wallet, one by my bed, etc that have some quick reminders on them that help me make the best decision for me - which is not to drink.
They say things like:
Do you like waking up at 3am and having a complete anxiety attack in your bed?
Do you like nausea - like as a way of life?
Is excessive perspiration attractive or healthy?
are rosacea and bloating trendy these days?

I know that it's cheesy but I have realized I can't hold on to a healthy perspective all of the time. I also feel that I need to be armed because alcohol has really screwed up my head!
