Unfortunately .....simply reading a book isn't going to fix it, I'm afraid. Have you considered rehab and AA?? I had to step out of everything for a 28 day inpatient rehab stay ...back in 2004. It saved my life. Been sober ever since. Don't get me wrong...the books are a great tool to understand more about your addiction....but its the steps we are willing to take that save us.
