please i need help!!!!
I am a 23 year old alcoholic. I cant seem to stop. I have drank every day since i was 18 years old. i have a daughter that will be two on march 6th. I need to know what to do as a young alcoholic. How do i stay away from it? How do i stay true to sobriety. If you could give me a good book to read that would be great. My great grandfather dies from withdrawal. Grandfather was able to recover though he has passed. My father is currently dying of pancreatic and lung cancer. I grew up without my father because of his addiction and my mother because of how much she worked because my father didnnt help. I want to stop and give my little girl the world. Please any help or info is usefull. I have got to stop this for her.
