Day 1 - Tired of starting over
Today is day 1 which to me isn't very thrilling. I've been telling myself this for a year now. Got back from second deployment about a year and a half ago, wife left me a year ago, been on and off the wagon for a year. Had a month of sobriety in the summer then probably maybe a week sober best since then.
If I don't sober up, I'll lose my job, maybe die from sleep apnea (had an uncle who has a heavy alcoholic and died from being drunk and sleep apnea), and can't go on like this.
Absolutely new to this so any advice, tips, or anything to point out for sober recovery on what to be a part of would be great.
