Was ok... Woke up this morning after a surprising good nights sleep. Work seemed less stressful without the hangover band playing in my head all day! Tonight has been hard again, the 'voice' nagging me to have a drink. But i reread the kind post from last night, reread other SR posts and now in off to bed. Looking forward to the morning.
