Sorry for posting so much today but I'm having a really rough time. I'm on day 2 and I have had the worst anxiety all day. I went to a meeting earlier and that helped but now I'm crazy anxious again, I feel really cold and I'm trying not to freak out. I can't go to another meeting bc I don't want to take my kids and my husband is out of town tonight. I don't know what to do.
