I just want to commend you for your post. It's really scary to write those things out, particularly since you mention never having told anyone those things before. It took a lot of courage and I admire that in you.
I would encourage you, if possible, to go see someone about it on your own and perhaps, after that, consider couples counseling. In the meantime, take care of yourself. You're worth it.
