I felt like I was gorging myself those last two weeks when I quit. I especially liked sweets, anything with chocolate. So treat yourself! As long as you cut all the alcohol out you'll be amazed at what your body is capable of. I lost around 4lbs, not much but I was surprised with everything I was eating. Alcohol robs your body of nutrients and your appetite so, in the beginning eat what you crave! Light exercise is good too, start building those muscles back up. I went on lots of long walks the first week and then jogging when I felt up to it. Keep it up! Working out also increases serotonin in your brain temporarily, good for fighting off those sudden cravings for alcohol.
