Sober Day Three
So today I have 3 days sober. I eliminate my first pill of many after tonight. This is the detox pill.
All of my symptoms are gone except insomnia, and I feel happy as I could be. I went to the gym this morning and it was fantastic!
Now it's time to dig into recovery and reverse the effects of what I did to myself. Detox is the first part of reversal I guess.
