I hesitated having that dam beer. But I did. Drank only 3/4s of it. Need to get to tomorrow. Tomorrow I start for real.
That was it. It's over now. Now I need to get REAL.
My BP keeps spiking and then I got scared. Last time is still so vivid in my mind.
Just hoping this doctor will help me. If not, the ER I go.
I do fine until the 24 hour mark and then I get shaky and anxious.
