I'm going on a trip in March and I'm already panicking about it, so I can relate to how terrified you are. Remember -- when you arrive, you think "All I have to do is get through THIS day without drinking. There's all this fun stuff to do, the beach is gorgeous, the people are beautiful, and all I have to do is get to tonight when I put my head on the pillow. I'll worry about tomorrow, well, tomorrow."
Then the next day, do that again. It sounds silly but it works.
