Oh I used to say the same thing, "It was the red wine that made me sick and overdo it" "Oh it was white" "I need to eat while drinking, drink water, avoid hard liquor" Oh my list could go on. The alcohol did it. I struggle with depression too, but not drinking has helped tremendously and at least I'm awake and have my mental faculties to actually DO something about it.
