Didn't make it to a meeting, but didn't drink either
I sat in the parking lot and watched as people went in, my anxiety went through the roof. I tried to make myself get out of the car, but just couldn't tonight. I went home and ate dinner and did not drink. I'm a little down that I didn't go into the meeting, but I'm proud of myself for not drinking tonight.
