I can still have urges for a cigarette – I do know I would be disappointed if I did smoke. It would not be a satisfying solution to the urges.

I worked at another location today than normal, I am so glad that I do not need to smoke. I would have to go outside, it is cold – all that hassle and interruption I am glad that is over.
