B6- I quit a bunch of times before I finally got smart enough not to fall for the trap of having 'just one' and getting hooked again after quitting. The thing I found quitting so many times was that attitude made a big difference in how hard it was to quit. Also, sometimes for whatever reason, it was just harder than others. But a lot of it is in the mind and it doesn't HAVE to be hard. Way to go on day 5.

Another 24 for me. I had some stress pop-up today, but it didn't even make me think for a second about smoking. The triggers to smoke really do fade the longer we're off the smokes.
