I finally finished a long hard term with a beloved work colleague passing away and a terrible mourning and funeral. I did not give in to having a cigarette and I also went to the pub this afternoon and actually didnt feel like I wanted a cigarette? It was just me and my oldest work colleague and we sat outside so that she could smoke and I saw her exhale the smoke and I didn't feel like I wanted that at all! she continued to talk for a few minutes after extinguishing her cigarette and I noticed that she was still exhaling smoke....Im in for another 24!
